Nancy's Notes Living

Nancy's Notes Living~
No not Martha Stewart Living~

New Home Decorations Collection

A ROOM AT A TIME

Featuring...
The Front of Our Home
and
The Music Room

The Front of our home~
This wonderful rendering was given to us by our Realtor, what a sweet gift!
They are also note cards! Clever!

The Music Room is immediately to your right as you walk in the front door and the French Doors are usually open unless I'm listening to music by myself.

I love our  Player Grand Piano.
The joy it brings to us and so many, it's magical!
We have music for all of our holiday gatherings!
We listen to Classical, Jazz, Pop, Christmas Music...and so much more.

The ceiling and lamp lighting, oh my, perfect ambiance.
Truly, the ceiling sparkles~

A hand painted decanter set sits on our round glass coffee table  I've a box collection, from teeny tiny to big and here's one of my favorite big ones.

Oh my, I just noticed I have not put away the gold candles!
They are usually a bone/cream color and gold or red for the holidays.
Is this already April?
Before you know it, it will be Christmas, I may leave them!
What would Martha do?
I know, I know.

Relaxing in our Music Room
is absolutely just perfect, a heart gift!

  2. Nancy, It looks beautiful. That is just a gorgeous room-right down to the GOLD candles. lol Martha would say- That is a GOOD thing...lol

When our daughter got her "real home" we gifted her with the grand piano-it had belonged to her Grandmother. All the girls have learned to play piano and I am so happy they have it BUT I miss having it, too.

Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday- xo Diana

  6. How beautiful! I have never seen or heard of a player grand piano...I thought they only came in the old upright ones. Now, that's my kind of piano...one that plays itself, since I can't play it!

  10. Your happiness fairly leaps off the screen, Nancy, and no wonder! A music room is really a special place. I can imagine the happy times around the piano and the peaceful interludes when you can just sit back to listen to something beautiful.

  16. Your home is decorated so nicely. I love the grand piano. I took piano lessons when I was a young girl but never stuck with it, and I can only play a couple songs. Those candle holders are very unique, I've never seen anything like them.
