A Fun Way To Work Out

  • I have found a fun way to work out!
    • Have you heard of a Wii Fit Plus?
    • My new friend is called a Wii
    •  I now have a new Mii.
    •  Wii was truly alien to me.
    •  Do you know what a Nunchuk is?
    •  No, not an animal.
    •  It's what you hold on too.
    • So, now I am hooked on Wii.
    • I can have fun and choose from:
    • Yoga.
    • Aerobics.
    • Balance Games.
    • Strength training.
    • I have a personal trainer.
    • You sweat.
    • You laugh.
    • Maybe cry.
    • Personal trainer can be sassy.
    • A quick click, and poof, she's gone!
    • Yes, it's a video game
    • Hooks up to your TV
    • After working out, you play.
    • Golf.
    • Tennis.
    • Bowling.
    • Boxing.
    • You swing.
    • You pitch.
    • You laugh.
    • You yell.
    • You compete.
    • It's a hoot, you should give it a try!

    • Let me know what you think or what you have heard about the Wii Fit Plus. Would love to know if you have one and are hooked too!
Okay, for those that have to photographs! Right off the camera, seconds ago!! ( You all have to read the comments to know why I posted a few pictures! )

    2. Although I am a gym rat for the socialization, I have bowled with Wii and it was an absolute hoot! I loved it and would absolutely try other games/workouts.

    11. You are lovely and very agile. Look, you're actually moving so fast the action is blurred! You were one of the reasons I bought my Wii - thank you for the pics.

    21. Looks like a blast to me! My great friend and I went to a real yoga class one time...we kept laughing and I guess that doesn't fit the mood of the class. I'd probably fit in better at home by myself. :)
