Copper It Is~


I'm excited about my newest find!
 
Check out my new copper bowl!


I think I can do so much with this bowl and am looking forward to changing the look.
I think I could put some pretty flowers in it...
The possibilities are endless and of course it does not have to be in the kitchen. 


Any ideas?

By the way, did you know the reason that policemen in the USA are nicknamed "cops" or "coppers" had to do with their uniforms which used to have copper buttons?
 Who knew!

    Oh, I love it! And this pretty color will be perfect for seasonal decorations, too....like pinecones, Christmas ornies or Easter eggs. You'll have fun with this! Pass me a banana! heehee! Hugs!

    I love the legs! I was thinking pine cones, too. Would fresh hydrangeas work? Guess it depends on if you could put water in it. Let us know what else you come up with!

    I didn't know that - very interesting. Isn't it funny how things get started? Is that real fruit? It looks like it is. I just put some grapes in a glass bowl today and took my fruit out.

    Very pretty...Maybe a small leaf ivy. Or some of the moss covered balls. How about in the bathroom with "fizzy bath bombs". So much you can do!

    beautiful copper bowl and those feet are cute. didn't know that about cops...thought it came from England where it was short for Constable On Patrol.
