Well...
Y'all should have been here for this dinner!
There were only four of us and I must say, we had plenty to eat.
Mr. Sweetie always cooks for an army.
He is not that crazy about leftovers unless it's steak.
(But sweetie there are only four of us, why do we need 12 pounds of beef?)
I got it!
Here is Mr. Sweetie and he is as happy as a lark.
His fun is about to begin.
Grilling makes him happy!

Grilling makes him happy!
( He would have had his shirt tucked in, but guests were not here yet!)
Oh, he knows how to get things started~
He fires up his grill and gets the steaks seasoned.
Always perfect.

Ready for the grill~
I prepare the sides.
Mashed potatoes topped with (lots) gooey cheese.
Had a lot little cream cheese
and green chilies mixed inside too.
Yummy!

Added sliced avocado right before I added the dressing.

By the way, the only reason I have photographs of this dinner is because of our guests.
