Lovely blog. I'm your newest follower!
ReplyDeletePretty cheery table...rooster is so cute!
ReplyDeleteI had to giggle, picturing a mad woman setting a table scape at dark thirty!
ReplyDelete~Bliss~
Love the bright colors! Happy table for sure! You did a good job at dark thirty this morning! hugs, Linda
ReplyDeleteOh I totally love it. So bright and cheery and your rooster and the check placemats are wonderful. Love your mix of dishes also. Wow, I don't even see anything until after at least 2 cups of coffee. I am totally impressed. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteWow, you work fast! This is a really impressive tablescape! I really love these colors, and the addition of the black and white checks really adds pizazz. The daisies tucked into the napkin ring add a lovely touch!
ReplyDeleteLove your "Dark Thirty" tablescape . . . and the layer/mix of Mikasa and Pier One . . . with the warmth the scape brought to the dark/night/morning.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun, I thought I was the only one who did things like that! Did hubby manage to sleep through?
Nap yet?
It is bright and very pretty to me. I love all the yellow combined with blue. Did you fix Breakfast is the question?
ReplyDeleteWow, you were really busy!! Love the title: Dark Thirty! :D
ReplyDeleteHello Nancy:
ReplyDeleteBlue and yellow are such cheery companion colours and you use them here to great effect. The sunshine is literally beaming from the table, hard to believe that you were still in the dark at the time.
Breakfast is certainly well worth waking up for if this is the table to greet one. Surely, it is destined to put a smile on everyone's face!!!
Cockadoodledoo:) Your tablescape is perfectly gorgeous! So bright and cheery, LOVE the yellows! Enjoy your evening dear Nancy, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteWhat a welcoming table setting and decorations. Very cheerful and warm...even on a dark predawn day. :)
ReplyDeleteYou managed to put together a fantastic table at dark thirty! I love the mix of patterns. I also think the flowers tucked into the napkin rings add a nice detail to it all.
ReplyDeleteWe have a few of the same items: the placemats and rooster - I just bought the rooster at HL! Lovely tablesetting!
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful table! Maybe this should be your "hook" from here on out. You get up at dark thirty (I have always loved that expression!), slam back coffee shooters and do your thing! I love the mix of designs in your dishes. SO pretty!
ReplyDeleteDark Thirty! That's a term my running group uses when we run before the sun comes up. Love your rooster!
ReplyDeleteCan't believe you did that in the o-dark hundred (my term for early am), but how stealthy of you to get it done before anyone in the house awoke to see your madness. The result is wonderful! Love the blue and yellow combination. I share the yellow bird plates. Love them! Have a lovely week. ~CJ
ReplyDeleteI love your 'Dark Thirty!' tablescape! Bet your husband was surprised to see such a beautiful table.....and no food!
ReplyDeleteI am up at dark thirty (4:34) but I intend to go back to sleep. Not nearly as industrious as you at this hour! I really don't 'DO' mornings well.....
Looks gorgeous! I have the same yellow bird plates hanging on my wall. If I did a tablescape, the walls would be bare. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteWhy Miss Nancy, your beautiful table settin' is so bright and sunny it makes me want to 'crow'!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful job! Sure brightened my dull day!
God bless ya and have a fantabulous weekend sweetie!!! :o)
Hi Nancy, I missed this yesterday and girl, I can't believe you did this in the early hours of dawn. Your setting is wonderful, of course I love the flowers as well. Love the Rooster-he is so cute. It amazes me how many beautiful place settings folks have, especially pretty glasses.
ReplyDeleteHugs and have a nice weekend.
Noreen
Nancy...i must tell you, I love his tablescape. I think it IS THE BEST when women mix it up at their table. You have done it beautifully.

ReplyDeleteHoney your not going to believe this but I was just telling Tinkerbell I had to visit you tonight and then I go on my site and your there commenting. Now when that happens to me it really makes me wonder about the connections we all have out here in this world of blogging.
ReplyDeleteOk enough of that. Let me tell you I have woke up a many time in my life at dark thirty but I have never ever gotten up and sat a table. hahahahaha
But I also have to say that you did one heck of a beautiful job with yours.
Now go back to bed and get some sleep
Love ya
Maggie

ReplyDeleteNancy- your table is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI love every single detail.
Now what in the world were you doing up so early?
I am the same way-
