(Well, I suppose it's my normal and maybe not normal, normal, like your normal. But the new normal for me!)

WOW, I'm kicking up my heels!
And really kicking them up at PT! It's coming right along! :)
So, I'm going to continue to keep working on getting my heart stronger and healthier!

ReplyDeleteI became a "Member of the Stented Club", in 2009. One of our sons just had to have stents and arterial procedures. Oh my. But we are doing fine.
Again, I am so happy that you have good news. And that you are continuing to do the work, to keep it up.

ReplyDeleteA sweet share Nancy, your heart is full of love and repaired. Our Nephew Joey just came home from the hospital from open heart surgery. Joey is 17 months old, they moved a vein, attached another one and put a patch on his heart, yet he's smiling wide and is happy. You're so right it's the laughter that gets us through everything in life.

Nancy, your grandkids look like they are having a blast in the pool! What fun pictures. When we had our big pool, my kids used to love those noodles too.
