Heart Of The Matter~

Well, it's been 6 weeks since my heart was worked on and I'm feeling much better!

I'm to start PT tomorrow for CHF at the hospital for six weeks.  I'd like to just call it working out at the gym! I'm ready!!

Okay, my Internist says that as soon as I get the go ahead to start really working out he'd like me to join a gym, join an aerolics class and lift weights! None of this walking stuff, you know the kind while walking you are totally involved in looking at your neighbors flowers the entire time! I really do that, do you? Love it! But not very aerobic!

Anyhow, I'd like to mention this book he said I must have.

YOUNGER NEXT YEAR!

I immediately headed over to Barnes and Noble and oh my, it's awesome. I've not put it down! So many things are explained in just a different way. It made sense.  Humm....change my life, sounds great to me. I can do this!

So for now, that's the heart of the matter!

Have a great day!

  17. So glad you are doing so well! I have had that book for several years now, in fact I did a post on it just awhile back. This book along with my Bible sits on my night stand. It is essential for us as women, as we age to follow as many of its applications as we can!

  18. How wonderful that you are doing so well. I've been in a partial break this summer so I am trying to catch up. Walking is my best friend. I would hate to have to give it up. How would I keep up with the neighbors and all of their shenanigans LOL

  26. I'm so glad you stopped by and wrote a comment on Heart Choices. I'm just now catching up on your heart drama. I don't know if you knew but I was a cardiovascular nurse specialist for 25 years until I retired from nursing.

And staying at The Pebble Beach Resort must be awesome. My friend's rented a house along 17 Mile Drive last year and I was able to visit them there for a few days. We stopped at the resort of course. Carmel is magical.

    Blessings and love,
    Debbie
